Our apartment is located 3,5 km from the center of Mittersill, on the edge of the forest in a quiet, sunny location. A staircase leads to the basement of the house, where the apartment is located. It consists of a spacious kitchen (35m²) with cable TV. One bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (180x200 m), the second with a double bed (140x200 m), a cot (80x140 m) and a Joka folding sofa (for 1 person). In the 3rd bedroom there is a bunk bed. The pull-out couch in the living room offers additional space for 2 people. The sanitary room is equipped with a shower, a bathtub, a sink and a toilet.

Our privileged, very central location is the ideal starting point for excursions and activities of all kinds. Our location stands out as an entrance to the skiing and hiking area of the Kitzbüheler Alpen. The Hohe Tauern National Park offers a variety of other leisure activities such as hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, climbing and climbing via ferrata. Guests can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival, the guest pays 50% of the total price. If the guest does not arrive, he pays an amount equal to the total price.
