Newly (2020) built family house with own apartment (approx. 52m2) on the first floor (ground level access). The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen-living room, two bedrooms (double bed and 2 single beds) and a bathroom. The apartment is located in the beautiful village of St. Martin am Tgb., centrally located but quiet (max. 200m to the lake park, ski lifts, bus stop and supermarket). In the village there are 2 ski lifts and the major ski areas (Dachstein-West, Flachau, Altenmarkt) are in the immediate vicinity (<15min). Deposit: - 10% of the total price Cancellation policy: - up to 4 weeks before the arrival date nothing will be charged and the deposit will be refunded - until 2 weeks before arrival 50% will be charged - from then on the full amount will be charged (without cleaning fee and city tax)
