In your summer or winter vacation in the Bauernhaus Hochzillertal, right next to the Ziller River, you are awaited by a romantic atmosphere and pure relaxation. The accommodation, quietly yet centrally situated, only 4 minutes away from the Hochfügen-Hochzillertal Valley Station by car and only 300 metres from the centre of Kaltenbach, offers the optimal starting position for your active vacation with family or friends.

The 130m2 holiday apartment extends across two floors and with five double rooms offers sufficient space for small groups or families. The accommodation comes with four showers and WCs, two TVs, a cosy living room with a comfortable couch, as well as with a separate kitchen with a large dining table. After an active day in the Zillertal, you can cosy up near the fireplace in the living room or relax tired legs in the sauna. Have breakfast on your sun-drenched balcony with view of the Gerlosstein and let us pamper you with fresh rolls. You can store your gear in the ski room with boot dryer and leave your bicycles in the bike area. Free parking as well as Wi-Fi are, of course, at your disposal.

In winter, you can leave your car parked and take the free ski bus that stops 50 metres away from the Bauernhaus Hochzillertal. Discover wonderful ski pistes and sunny lodges in the Hochfügen-Hochzillertal skiing area, only 500 metres away. You comfortably reach the family-friendly Spieljoch skiing area within 10 minutes by car. On grey afternoons we recommend a visit at the Erlebnistherme Zillertal thermal spa in Fügen that offers spa & wellness as well as sliding and pool fun only 8 minutes away by car.

In summer as well, you can enjoy car-free family holidays. The Bauernhaus Hochzillertal lies right next to the Zillertal cycling trail and the bus to the Zillertal’s High Alpine Road, where you are awaited by numerous hiking trails and mountain bike tours, stops only one minute away from the apartment on foot. 200 metres from the house, you can also access the nostalgic Zillertalbahn train and take a discovery tour through the first holiday region Fügen-Kaltenbach.
