The apartment is located approx. 2.7 km outside, north of Annaberg in a very sunny, south-west facing quiet location. The apartment is located in the middle of the ski and hiking paradise Dachstein West, surrounded by the Dachstein massif, the Gosaukamm and the Tennengebirge. The ideal starting point for skiing, climbing tours, hikes (Mahdalm, Rottenhofhütte, Jungbrunnenweg, tree nature trail), mountain bike tours (Dachstein Rundweg, Salzburger Almen tour) and Nordic walking.The apartment is available to you alone with a large furnished balcony and terrace as well as a lawn (including sun loungers) and a wood grill. The parking lot is in front of the house. Lockable storage room is available and we can also provide a car garage on request. There is no smoking in our house, so we only ask smokers to smoke outside, THANK YOU for that. No pets allowed. The price includes all additional costs such as electricity, heating, water. The price also includes table and bed linen, bath and hand towels, the parking lot and, in winter, toboggan and bobsleigh rental. The final cleaning is charged separately at € 45.00 - € 65.00. When booking, a deposit of 30% is requested to confirm the reservation. The remaining payment can be made in cash upon arrival at the latest. Arrival and departure daily, the apartment can be occupied from 2 p.m. and should be vacated by 10 a.m. on departure at the latest.
