Our holiday house offers you at a area of 110 square meters not just coziness. After a skitrip or a long hike you can relax on our generous garden or sun terrace and enjoy the last shafts of the sunlight. The two storied hous commands of a fully equiped kitchen with a storeroom as well as a cozy living room. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with a generous bathroom. The house is located ten minutes away from the place of pilgrimage Maria-Luggau. There are shopping facilities and inns. 

The valley Lesachtal offers a lot of leisure activities (sport, tradition, etc.). The holiday house has a storage for Your bikes and skies.
