    Our 75m² holiday flat with balcony is located on the upper floor of our private house in a very beautiful, quiet location with a view of Lake Ossiach at the foot of the GerlitzenAlpe in Bodensdorf.  From the apartment and the balcony you have a panoramic view of the beauty of the surroundings.  The apartment is equipped with shower/WC, anteroom, bedroom, living/bedroom, kitchen and dining room as well as satellite TV and WiFi. A spacious private garden with enough oases of peace is available to our guests. A carport is also part of the equipment. Family accommodation and, if required, a fresh hen's egg from our chickens every day are offered. You can reach the centre of the village in 10 minutes on foot. The spa park by the lake is a 15-minute walk away. Hiking and cycling paths are almost at your doorstep. Whether tours by bike or on foot up the mountain...we are happy to help you with the planning.
