Haus Martl

Haus Martl is located in the sunny and snowy region of Hermagor Pressegger See. We offer space for up to 15 people in 2 holiday flats with 3 and 2 bedrooms respectively. There is plenty of parking space on the property and a fireplace grill for cosy evenings. Pets are welcome!

You can also walk to the centre of Hermagor (5 - 10 minutes) at any time. Of course, Hermagor offers shopping possibilities as well as a culinary variety, which can be used very well on foot due to the short distance. If you follow an untravelled road for about 300m, you will reach the next bus stop.

In summer you will find a quiet and sunny location with a sunbathing lawn with barbecue facilities. Directly connected to our house are beautiful hiking trails (e.g.: the Eggforst). The Garnitzenklamm and the ascent to the Eggeralm/Poludnig are also nearby. Our holiday flat is located in the immediate vicinity of Lake Pressegger (approx. 7 min).
In the Naturarena Nassfeld families will find wonderful attractions such as the "Outdoor Park Nassfled", the Water World Adventure Park, the longest summer toboggan run in Carinthia (Pendolino), the golf course "Nassfeld Golf", the "Reiterhof Wulfenia", "Felsenlabyrinth & Flying Fox" and much more.

For golfers, the championship course (18 holes) or the 6-hole practice course (par 3) is located at the "Nassfeld Golf" golf course, 15 minutes away.
You can experience our magnificent natural landscape as a cyclist or hiker on the over 730 kilometre network of cycle paths.

With its numerous mountain roads, the region offers many excursion destinations for convertible drivers and bikers. Likewise, the famous Harley-Davidson meeting at Lake Faak can be reached by bikers in about 30 minutes. Of course we also offer our guests the advantages of the "+CARD HOLIDAY" and the "WINTERCARD PREMIUM".

In winter you will find a sunny and snowy area. Our holiday flats are located near the ski arena Nassfeld Karnische Alpen (about 7 min from the gondola). Wonderful cross-country skiing trails are directly connected to our house and the Pressegger Lake offers an ideal ice-skating opportunity. By car you can also enjoy the benefits of Lake Weissensee, which is only a 35-minute drive away. In our skiing area (Carnic region Nassfeld) there are over 100km of wonderful slopes and more than 30 lifts.

As a bad weather programme you can use the wonderful thermal baths of the area: " Kärnten Therme Warmbad-Villach", "Drautal Perle", "Optima Med Gesundheitsresort Weißbriach", ... . use. We offer our guests the possibility of using our in-house Finnish sauna / infrared cabin, which is charged separately.
