Knotenhütte - Oberberger Alm

Welcome to the "Knotenhütte" on the Oberbergeralm at 1700 a.s.l., the (holiday) sky is already within reach. From its magnificent panoramic hillside you can hike the picturesque mountains. Einsee, Zweisee, Hausberg Knoten, Emberger Alm, Seetal, Kreuzeck, Hochtristen, Glanzsee, .... ensure a relaxing hiking in our mountain region!   The visitor is offered a magnificent mountain landscape with mountain lakes and torrents, lush pastures and countless hiking opportunities in various degrees of difficulty.   The alpine hut is ideal for summit and hut hikes, it is located in a sunny location and can be reached by car over a section of gravel road. The nearest village Berg im Drautal with a department store and good inns, is about 11 km away!   The “Knotenhütte” has been lovingly and comfortably furnished. The hiking adventure starts right outside the hut door - and ends with the cosy, evening "sitting together" at the open fireplace. bedlinen,dishtowels, gas and wood are included dogs allowed (5.- € per day) hiking maps are available
