Welcome to the Untersillerhof! Where could you enjoy your holidays more intensely and get to know a country and its people better than when spending your vacation on a farm? Our biologically run farm is beautifully situated in the Stubaital. The facility’s detached and prominent location offers magnificent views of the valley and the Stubai Mountains. The Untersillerhof in Neder, district of Neustift, is the ideal starting point for many activities - whether hiking, climbing, mountain biking or swimming in summer or alpine and cross-country skiing, tobogganing as well as snowshoe hiking in winter. Numerous hiking and cycling trails are accessible right from your doorstep. The "Elfer" - Neustift’s own mountain, allows you to enjoy hikes and stunning views of the Stubaital in summer; during winter months, you can put your sportive skills to the test on challenging ski pistes and on Tyrol’s longest toboggan runs. The centre of the village, where you will find numerous restaurants, supermarkets, sports rental shops and the Neustift leisure centre, is just 1 km away. The skiing and/or hiking areas of Stubai Glacier, Schlick 2000 and Serles can easily reached by bus or car. Free parking is available at all of these resorts. Children will feel particularly at home at our Untersillerhof, where boredom does not stand a chance and the surrounding meadows and forests wait to be explored. Our animals are around all year, want to be groomed and are always happy to see new faces. Here, with us on the farm, there are many animals to be discovered: Cows, calves, chickens, trout, Indian ducks, donkeys, rabbits, guinea pigs and cats can all be experienced throughout the year. An exciting experience for young and older guests is a visit of the farm museum in our 400-year old farmhouse that has been in the Siller family’s possession since 1666 and where you will find many artefacts that cannot only be admired in our own farm museum. Comfortable and relaxing hours are guaranteed in one of the four apartments at the Untersillerhof in Neustift. The apartments accommodate 2 to 8 people and offer everything your heart desires, including a kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher and a cosy sitting area, shower / WC or tub / WC with hair dryer, complimentary wireless internet access, as well as a flat screen TV with over 140 channels. An in-room safe is also available. All the apartments come with a balcony that offers stunning views of the valley. A fresh roll service and organic farm produce are available as well. As additional feature, the Stubai Super Card is included from late May to mid-October. Whit this card, you benefit from many advantages and discounts, such as free use of cable cars and public transport across the valley and to Innsbruck.
