In the middle of the small village of St. Job lies my "oasis of relaxation" La Baita.

Here you can enjoy the flair of an alpine hut in a 45 m² "big" cottage.

A large living/dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms invite you to linger, relax and recharge your batteries! Daily arrival package - minimum booking: three nights (= three days)

Arrival daily from 15:00 h; departure daily until 11:00 h

The holiday home is rented on a flat basis. This means that you have to bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels.

Minimum booking period: Three nights; final cleaningIn addition to the rental prices - regardless of the booking period - a final cleaning fee of € 45,-- will be charged.

Autumn/winter operationIn autumn or winter - when using the wood pellet stove - an additional amount of € 5,--/day will be charged.

Open: all year round    

Terms of payment: We request a deposit of 25 %.

Cancellation conditions: Up to 3 months prior to arrival: no cancellation fee; 3 to 1 month(s) prior to arrival: cancellation fee equivalent to a three-day stay; 30 or less days prior to arrival or non-occupation of the booked holiday: full payment of the agreed fee.

Furthermore, the provisions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply.

Payment modalities: For billing reasons, it is not possible for us to accept card payments.
